The same ingredient list reads differently depending on these. Anything already in your File is filled in — change it if it has moved.

One per line. Cleanser through SPF — interactions are the whole point.
One per line. Tretinoin, an acid, anything a dermatologist gave you. This is what makes a contraindication findable.
