Therapeutic properties and pharma…cassoside: A review.

This review analyzed research from 2005–2022 on madecassoside and asiaticoside, two active compounds from Centella asiatica (cica). The compounds showed multiple benefits in studies: wound healing, collagen production, skin hydration, anti-inflammatory effects, and antioxidant activity. However, this is a literature review summarizing other studies—not new experimental data—so results depend on the quality and size of the original research being reviewed.
