Findings

In people with diabetic nerve damage, this supplement combo reduced pain scores from 20.9 to 13.9 over 6 months—a significant drop. It also improved nerve function markers like nerve conduction speed and vibration sensation, while the placebo group saw no pain improvement and actually got worse on one measure.
