Findings

Ginseng-derived PDRN (a DNA-like compound) boosted skin cell growth and strengthened the skin barrier in lab tests and artificial skin models. It worked by triggering specific cellular pathways that promote healing and regeneration—basically telling your skin cells to multiply and reinforce themselves.
