Findings

In a 2-week trial of 40 people with intertrigo (inflamed skin in skin folds), a multi-ingredient lotion containing rosehip oil performed as well as 1% hydrocortisone cream at reducing inflammation—and actually did better at reducing itching. Both treatments were equally safe with no infections or side effects reported.
