Findings

Researchers created P26, a peptide that mimics a natural skin protein (LCE6A) found in your skin barrier. In clinical trials, P26 reinforced the skin barrier against damage, reduced roughness, and improved firmness — essentially helping skin maintain its structural integrity the way healthy skin naturally does.
