Findings
This study found that camellia oil improved memory and learning in rats with chemically-induced cognitive decline. The oil worked by reducing oxidative stress, calming inflammation in the brain, and improving gut bacteria balance—but this research was done in rats, not humans, so we can't say it prevents or treats Alzheimer's in people yet.
